About the role

  • The Project Manager is responsible for independently managing medium-complexity customer projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from project intake through final closeout.
  • This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, internal engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Projects assigned to this role typically involve moderate technical complexity, multiple execution events, customer and travel coordination, vendor management, and standard project risks, all of which require strong ownership and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects throughout the full project lifecycle from intake through closeout
  • Build and maintain project schedules and execution plans within approved project management systems
  • Manage scheduling activities, project milestones, and execution timelines
  • Manage standard scope changes and change order coordination
  • Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure documentation compliance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across PMO operations
  • Lead internal kickoff meetings, customer kickoff meetings, execution planning meetings, and project status meetings

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project management experience or related experience
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • Experience managing infrastructure, collaboration, cloud, or managed services projects
  • Experience managing vendor coordination
  • Experience working in technical professional services organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, project management, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • PMP certification preferred but not required

  • Proficient with SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and ProjectManager.com.
