About the role
- Team members that work in the Command Center are responsible for health system capacity management including patient access and throughput, staffing resources and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- The Command Center Associate is responsible to assist in coordinating transfer into/out of the system, activating teams for critical/complex conditions, and expediting patient throughput.
- The position is accountable for a high volume of calls for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

- High School Diploma / GED High School Graduate or equivalent Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Compensation
- Abide by Stormont Vail's Remote Worker Policy and will review and acknowledge the Remote Work Agreement annually.

- Assist with the coordination of patient transfers; collecting patient information on condition and diagnosis, obtaining face-sheet, and collecting medical records/images.
- Coordinate delivery of stat medical record request (for requesting facilities).
- Complies with all policies, standards, mandatory training and requirements of Stormont Vail Health
