About the role
- Shift Hours: 3:00 PM- 1:00 AM, Monday-Thursday Key Responsibilities Fundamental mechanical and mathematical inspection knowledge.
- Operation of CMM and interpretation of CMM results.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, applying GD&T principles (ASME Y14.5 or equivalent) to inspection and production planning.

- This position is responsible for advanced product quality planning, developing and maintaining accurate quality documentation, and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure the delivery of conforming products.
Requirements
- Robust knowledge of GD&T, blueprint, and spec interpretation.
- Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with GD&T standards.
- Experience with inspection equipment such as - Mics, Calipers, Opticals, and Micro heights.
- Extensive knowledge of software and data base testing including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored jobs, and error replication.
- Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately in noisy environments.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED required
- technical certifications preferred.
