- This role is an important piece of this process as this person will be the direct line of communication regarding outstanding balances for care received.
- It's important that people in this role have great attention to financial account details and care for our patients as much as we do.
- Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient balances ensuring the account is clean and ready for self-pay collections post all insurance processes are completed.
- Manage large volumes of patient accounts each week.
- We have a roster of agencies with whom we partner, and we will not pay any fee associated with unsolicited referrals.
Requirements
- Knowledge of all confidentially requirements regarding patients and strict maintenance of proper confidentiality on all such information.
