Responsibilities
- Manage critical lineside delivery processes to ensure production teams experience zero downtime due to material shortages.
- Coordinate closely with our process engineering team to develop standard operating procedures, and actively train and mentor your team with the latest process advancements.
- Track operational KPIs to drive month-over-month productivity improvements and consistently report out to leadership on a monthly basis.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards to maintain a secure, zero-incident overnight work environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading warehousing/distribution operations and a proven track record as a people leader who can build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
