About the role

  • You will use our research stack, customer network, and capital pathway to turn insight into a venture-backable company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a zero-to-one company creation process from problem discovery to a backable plan
  • Run rapid experiments that validate customer pain, willingness to pay, and repeatable acquisition
  • Build the early operating model including pricing, GTM motion, and success metrics
  • Engage Terrarium's provider and payer partners to secure pilots and letters of intent
  • 6 to 12+ years in startups, product, engineering, operations, or new business building

  • A rigorous research platform with primary insights, market maps, and analyst support
  • Co-founder matching and recruiting support to assemble an elite early team
  • Builder services including product, design, data, and regulatory guidance
