We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative candidate for the role of Associate Scientist I/II of Analytical Operations.

Analytically support screening, optimization, and scale-up efforts in mRNA and LNP Process Development.
This individual will support in day-to-day analytical operations as an analyst.

Working experience in analytical development operations pertaining to biologics required.
Prior experience with LNPs with nucleic acid payloads required.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet important deadlines.
B.S. with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience or M.S. with at least 1-2 year of relevant experience with an educational focus in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering or similar preferred.
Strong collaboration and inter-personal skills.

Salary: $74,000 - $88,000 annually plus bonus and equity incentives
Pay Transparency Base Salary Range
$74,000 - $88,000 USD

Experience with analytical methods such as cell-based assays, ELISA's, RT-PCR and/or LC-MS preferred.

Use various statistical tools to analyze and independently draw conclusions about data.
