- Over the last 30 years, Schonfeld and its predecessors have successfully invested in and supported hundreds of portfolio managers.
- Schonfeld's portfolio exposure has expanded across the Americas, Europe and Asia, as well as among multiple asset classes and products.

Responsibilities
- Schonfeld has created a unique structure to provide global portfolio managers with autonomy, flexibility and significant support to best enable them to maximize the value of their businesses.
- Schonfeld develops and invests heavily in proprietary technology, infrastructure, and risk analytics.
- Promoted, implement and maintain tooling that promotes agility, e.g. Confluence, Trello, Jira
- Drive the organization towards greater agility, outside of technology and product ownership.
- Drive teams toward continuous improvement, e.g. help lead retrospectives to actionable outcomes
Requirements
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and empowerment
- Experience with using Agile and Lean practices
- Experience working with monitoring and tracking tools, including Confluence, Trello, Jira, and Survey Monkey
- High-energy, detail-oriented, hardworking, and ability to function under pressure
