- As one of our Host/Hostess at Santa's Hideaway Adventure, you'll be the cheerful first point of contact for guests arriving.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task including but not limited to answering the phone, greeting guests, rearranging reservations, answering questions, monitoring the line queue, encourage upsell opportunities, checking out guests etc.
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Must be able to read, write and understand English.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment Must have reliable transportation
