Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional alignment between R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Commercial organizations
- Deliver complex, multi-year capital and operational programs on time, on budget, and in compliance with FDA and global regulatory standards
- Build a world-class program management capability that scales with Dexcom's rapid growth trajectory
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of industry experience
- Typically requires 9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors
- ability to comprehend spoken language.
- Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time

- You have demonstrated experience leading program management organizations of 20+ professionals, including senior director-level direct reports
- You have experience operating in a high-growth, publicly traded company with global manufacturing and commercial operations

- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Compensation
- You partner with the EVP and Global Operations & Quality leadership team to define, prioritize, and manage the organization's program portfolio in alignment with Dexcom's strategic plan and annual operating plan
