About the role
- Location Indianapolis Territory - This role is based out of our Indianapolis HQ.
- Communicating with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering on sales strategies to meet the defined objectives for a specific territory.
- Identifying the needs of new prospects and developing appropriate responses (written, telephone and face-to-face).
Requirements
- After extensive training, they will be consulting surgeons in the operating room and will be responsible for maintaining expert-level knowledge of our market leading product portfolio.
- Participating in and attending sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
- Must be comfortable in an operating room environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to follow up in a timely manner.
Skills
- Maintaining training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
