About the role

Studson is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pad Printing Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining pad printing equipment to ensure high-quality printing on ABS plastic helmets. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment
to maintaining production efficiency. If you have never run a pad printer before, that's no problem. We will train our technicians on our specific equipment.

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of pad printing machines.
Maintain accurate records of production runs, maintenance, and material usage.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve processes.
