Requirements
- Associates degree or higher in related field or 5+ years related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory authority, including: EPA, OSHA, DOT, and familiarity with Federal, Machine Gauding, GHS, Confined Space Entry, Crane Safety, Forklift Training, and LOTO

- Scope of Position
- The EHS Generalist is responsible for implementing existing company EHS programs and ensuring regulatory compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations, coordinating with the leaders and workers throughout the organization.
- They will also provide administrative and technical support in the coordination and completion of all company health and safety (EHS) programs.
- This position reports to VP, EHS.
- Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with manufacturing leaders to develop and implement programs to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with EHS regulations, policies and procedures.
- Input incident reports as well as compile and track all incidents/accidents, and OSHA recordable incidents into Gensuite.
- Conduct worker risk assessments, including safety and occupational health, with emphasis on eliminating or reducing potential hazardous conditions.
- Review incident and accident reports to determine measures needed to prevent recurrences, including root cause analysis.
- Identify EHS training needs, conduct and oversee training, and ensure maintenance of the company training database.
