About the role

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of title insurance practices and real estate closing procedures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, TEAMS and Excel.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of deeds, mortgages, liens, easements, judgments, and legal descriptions.
- Ability to read and interpret real estate contracts.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- 2+ years of title processing or escrow experience.
- Experience with residential and commercial transactions.
Nice to have
- Previous title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate experience preferred.
- Familiarity with title software (SoftPro, RamQuest, Qualia, ResWare, or similar) preferred.
