About the role

  • This role will focus on Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, network infrastructure, security operations, and IT automation across multiple office locations.
  • You'll serve as the senior technical escalation point for our Helpdesk team while partnering closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve reliability, security, and employee experience.
