Responsibilities
- As the Inventory Control Manager, you will lead end-to-end consigned inventory control activities at Arista's contract DF site.
- You will ensure inventory accuracy, support on-time fulfillment operations, and maintain strict alignment with financial and corporate policies.
- This position is ideal for a strategic, data-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful results.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with Arista's DF contract manufacturers to drive site-wide inventory control execution and ensure seamless fulfillment continuity.
- Inventory Audit Leadership: Lead comprehensive inventory audits and physical validations to maintain optimal accuracy and accountability.
- Continuous Improvement: Initiate, lead, and drive efficiency improvements across DF Inventory Control operations.
- Site Partnership: Partner directly with the DF Site Operations Manager to streamline daily operations and resolve escalations quickly.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate internally with Arista's Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering teams to achieve core corporate initiatives and hit key financial metrics.
- Collaborate with Arista's DF contract manufacturers to drive site-wide inventory control execution and ensure seamless fulfillment continuity.
- Lead comprehensive inventory audits and physical validations to maintain optimal accuracy and accountability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or Contract Manufacturer operations within the high-tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree required.
