About the role

  • IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our team.
  • In this role, you will focus on the vital early stages of our hiring process, serving as a primary reviewer for incoming job applications.
  • You will also handle recruiting for our software engineering summer internship positions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiting team members and hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and continue to calibrate on candidate profiles
  • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with screening candidate resumes and assessing skills and qualifications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in recruiting, some technical recruiting experience is a plus
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS, Google Suite a plus

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this full-time position is $71,000 to $80,000 + benefits.
