Initiate and lead discussions on technical solutions and architecture.
Lead refactoring and modernization efforts while maintaining delivery timelines.
Collaborate with product and engineering leads to balance business goals with technical integrity.

For the Technical Lead, we will conduct a background check that may include the following.

Strong leadership and technical expertise in backend engineering are essential, along with extensive experience in Go, distributed systems, and production-grade infrastructure.
8+ years of experience in software development.
2+ years of experience working with Go.
2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
Proficiency with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Experience with messaging systems ( RabbitMQ and/or Kafka ).

Deep understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and session/token management.
Strong knowledge of social login, SSO, and federated identity.
Experience designing multi-tenant identity systems with isolation and configurability.
Experience delivering developer-friendly APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation.
Excellent English communication skills - both technical and non-technical.
Basic knowledge of cloud computing ( Google Cloud Platform preferred).
