About the role

  • This position will be onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement secure practices
  • Implement ticketing system
  • Manage a phone system, network process
  • Execute system and network administration, design, documentation, implementation, and testing, ensuring components meet needs and work together seamlessly
  • Assist in managing security and support on SharePoint sites.
  • Evaluate, deploy, and support AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., AI assistants, automation platforms) to enhance team efficiency and workflows
  • Based in Stamford, Connecticut, just a short train ride from New York City, we develop, own and operate solar energy systems and battery storage nationwide.
  • Altus builds generation right where demand is highest, turning warehouse rooftops, parking lots and brownfields into power-producing assets that feed real megawatts into the country's most capacity-constrained grids.

Requirements

  • 3 + years' experience in IT
  • Experience with or knowledge of operating systems
  • Ability to keep company passwords and information confidential

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related field is preferred
