About the role
- In this role, you'll align new products, enhancements and initiatives to the Commercial top and bottom line short-term and long-term goals.

Responsibilities
- You will lead a team responsible for Commercial products design and development in collaboration with business partners.
- Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion.
- Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development.
- Lead with influence and expertise.
- Lead with a continuous improvement approach and recommend actions to improve premium volume growth and profitability.
- Lead implementation of product development changes.
- Oversee product research and insights gathering and analysis including competitive intelligence, customer empathy, developing new pricing models, and new product solutions.
- Lead the development of new and enhanced pricing and/or data model opportunities to enhance pricing and underwriting segmentation.
- Manage and effectively sets the outcomes of the Commercial product development's roadmap, defining what "good" looks like and prioritize accordingly.
- Create a cross-functional leadership environment, aligning actuarial, product, underwriting, claims, legal/compliance and IT

Compensation
- $131,000.00 - $220,000.00

- Lead implementation of product development changes. Includes other corporate stakeholders for opportunity identification, enterprise service linkage, vendor management and research.
