About the role

Responsibilities

- In this role, you will work closely with partner solution architects, delivery leads, and engineering teams to help them build repeatable offerings and internal expertise on top of the Cognition platform.
- You'll lead technical enablement sessions, co-deliver pilots, unblock complex deployments, and help GSIs operationalize Devin/Windsurf into their delivery motions.
- Own the technical success of GSI partners across onboarding, enablement, and scaled delivery of Devin/Windsurf
- Enable partners to build repeatable solutions, accelerators, and reference architectures using Devin/Windsurf
- Support partner-led customer pilots and early production deployments, stepping in where complexity is highest
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner technical leaders in GSIs (e.g., delivery heads, principal engineers, solution architects)
- Partner expertise. You understand how GSIs operate, deliver projects, and measure success
Requirements
- Degree in STEM field and a strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits
- High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when required
- Have experience writing, debugging, and deploying real production systems
Nice to have
- Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams (enterprise or services environments preferred)

- $25k-$50k
