About the role
- Positions located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York follow a hybrid work model to allow for a more collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities
- Design across Zelle® and Certos TM product surfaces - consumer-facing flows, partner-facing guidelines, and everything in between
- Build wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes from early concept through delivery
- Contribute to UX guidelines and standards that partner financial institutions implement across the Zelle® network
- Participate in user research and usability testing; turn findings into clear design decisions
- you manage your own workstream, ask good questions when you need to, and do not wait to be told what to do next
- Maven Family Planning - provides support through your Parenting journey including egg freezing, fertility, adoption, surrogacy, pregnancy, postpartum, early pediatrics, and returning to work.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma
- Collaborative and receptive to feedback: you have a point of view and you hold it lightly
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with payment flows, checkout UX, or identity verification products
- Experience with usability testing tools such as UserTesting, Maze, or Lookback, etc.
Compensation
- San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $128,000 - $156,000.
