About the role
- One of the biggest barriers to accessing mental health care today is cost uncertainty and financial constraints.

- Product experience: 5+ years in a product management role where you owned the full strategy of your end-to-end surface area.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and strategy for our Payments Experience team, building an experience that makes using insurance and paying for care a delightful experience for clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our UXR, Design, Client Support, and Data teams to identify the main opportunities for improvement in our billing experience as it relates to insurance and payments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful products in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
- A track record of owning outcomes, not just outputs - you care about whether the thing you shipped actually moved the needle.
- Where required, we'll provide at least 10 business days' notice before using an automated employment decision tool and explain how to request an alternative process.

- User empathy: You enjoy talking to users and translating real pain points into thoughtful product solutions.
