About the role

  • Assisting in the preparation of the ROSTER/Order of Battle and creating reports from exercise data.
  • Leading the development of AARs and the Take Home Package.
  • Adjusting the training scenario as needed and making recommendations based on training objectives.

Requirements

  • Preference is given to those with experience as former USMC Officers or SNCOs, and experience in live training or simulations is desired.
  • Other essential skills include analytical abilities, an understanding of USMC tactics, and the ability to work with multiple branches of military expertise like Maneuver, Intelligence, Fires, Logistics, and Aviation.
