- Job Description: Blue Water Thinking is seeking an experienced and dedicated Change Management Specialist to join our team, supporting the Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) initiative at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Responsibilities
- Tasks may include developing plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment, and organizational transformation and culture change

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience.
Nice to have
- Prosci certification preferred.
- Experience with the application of Prosci and change management in a union environment preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.
Compensation
- The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
- $85,000 - $130,000
