Responsibilities
- General Accounting: Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Assist in conducting complex accounting analyses and preparing supporting memos as required.
Nice to have
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on complex accounting issues.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, statutory accounting principles, and insurance regulations.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
