Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis of constrains and propose suitable measures
- Perform inventory reports and analyze trends (bank tracking, FG levels)
- Assist with Material Flow Project by tracking AGV/AMR activity, make recommendations for material automation to implement, and join weekly meetings
- Develop cost justifications for new/updated Automation requirements through Total Cost of Ownership analysis and calculations.
- Troubleshoot and perform problem analysis related to production, products and materials.
- Support with creation of reporting tools (Power BI etc.) to track major department KPIs
- Work with other departments (Production, Planning, Quality, etc) in support of projects and departmental packaging goals and objectives.
- Support in packaging returnable management objectives, as needed.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Meet deadlines on assigned tasks, utilize project timeline tools and effectively communicate goals and results
Nice to have
- Ability to work any shift or days required during co-op term (not exceeding 40 hrs/week)
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree and in good academic standing.
- Preferred degrees include, but not limited to: Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management.
