About the role
- We understand and provide expert consultation on weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.
- We know defense and we know aircraft systems.
Responsibilities
- Our core competencies include systems engineering, program management, logistics, production support, aircraft maintenance, and aviation/aerospace services.
- The Program Manager will lead and oversee complex programs from contract award through delivery, ensuring performance, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related discipline 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within defense, manufacturing, or government contracts.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing customer sets, markets, and technology.
- Must be a U.S citizen.
- Generate and deliver required program documentation, communications, and performance reports
Nice to have
- Master's degree preferred.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- experience with ERP systems a plus.
