About the role
- Define target audience, buyer personas and segmentation strategies.
- Establish campaign roadmaps, including channels, timelines and KPIs.
- Launch multi-touch campaigns to include:
Responsibilities
- Develop campaign strategies and roadmaps that align with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Build targeted messaging frameworks and value propositions aligned to distinct industries and buyer personas.
- Develop and execute retargeting strategies while advising on campaign optimization across paid media channels to drive higher ROI.
- Partner with internal resources to support campaign creation and execution.
- Drive development of campaign-specific content aligned to buyer journey stages to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Optimize key conversion points, including email performance and landing pages, to improve lead generation outcomes.
- Partner with Sales and BDR teams to align campaigns with outbound efforts, increasing pipeline contribution.
- Opportunities to give back to the community by participating in Blytheco's humanitarian support efforts
Requirements
- High proficiency with MS Office
- experience with HubSpot, Acumatica and ZoomInfo highly desired.
Nice to have
- Enterprise SaaS marketing experience preferred
- ERP and CRM software marketing experience are a plus.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred.
- Enterprise SaaS marketing experience preferred; ERP and CRM software marketing experience are a plus.
- Experience working directly with an enterprise or midmarket sales teams.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable insight.
- Solid project management experience with strong attention to detail, and a high level of business acumen.
- High proficiency with MS Office; experience with HubSpot, Acumatica and ZoomInfo highly desired.
- A high level of personal and professional accountability.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on pipeline growth and ROI while maintaining brand authenticity
- Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills
- Adaptable and capable of meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects effectively, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
