About the role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our Photonics Test Engineering team.
include test enablement, tooling development, test recipe creation, data analysis, and driving technical decisions that improve test performance, throughput, and yield.

Develop and deploy circuit-level test methodologies, extending capabilities to high-speed, production-worthy, yield-sensitive testing.
Lead root-cause analysis of complex test failures and develop repair strategies and proactive monitoring solutions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with component development engineers to expand test capabilities and optimize high-volume manufacturing test processes.
Drive the development of new test infrastructure, automation, and measurement methodologies to support evolving product requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Optical Engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Experience with high-volume manufacturing test strategies and yield optimization.
