About the role
- The Program Manager will provide executive leadership, operational oversight, financial accountability, workforce management, and customer engagement across a multidisciplinary team supporting the FBI HSTF National Coordination Center (NCC).
Responsibilities

- Audit support and audit readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Minimum of 15 years supporting Federal Government programs.
- Minimum of 10 years of Program Management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years leading large multidisciplinary teams supporting the FBI, DOJ, DHS, HSI, the Intelligence Community, or similar national security organizations.
Nice to have
- Candidates possessing one or more of the following certifications are highly desirable:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- FAC-P/PM Certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
Compensation
- Experience managing contracts valued at $10 million or greater annually.
