  • In this role, you will be instrumental in managing complex HIT assessments and implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage medium to large-scale projects to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timeliness, and costs.
  • Lead and execute Epic revenue cycle implementations initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of Epic modules to enhance revenue cycle performance.
  • Develop project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions that align with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of Epic modules such as Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, and Cadence.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, as needed. - Work schedule is typically M-F.
  • Travel, as necessary, to client sites to perform required tasks.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting, with a focus on Epic systems.

This role has a salary range of $145,000 - $185,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
  • For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
