Responsibilities
- Services And Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, and Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness
- We seek Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor | Change Management (MIL) Training [USARC0021021] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
- Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.
- Participants learn how to assess change impacts, communicate effectively, build stakeholder commitment, and address resistance in complex operational environments.

- Technical Expertise - Applying specialized knowledge, analytical skills, and practical experience to solve complex problems with accuracy.
- Innovation & Knowledge Sharing (Thought Leadership) - Generating creative solutions, sharing insights, and influencing industry direction through expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
- The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo within a community they enjoy and among teams that work well together.
Nice to have
- 5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- instructional certifications preferred.
- Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus.
