- This is a hands-on role for an engineer who is comfortable both programming and wiring industrial control systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3-6 years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering
- Hands-on experience with Ignition
- Experience programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms)
- Experience commissioning and supporting large industrial or manufacturing equipment
- Strong understanding of industrial networks, instrumentation, and control system best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup manufacturing environment
- Comfortable performing hands-on panel and field wiring for industrial systems

- $90,000- $130,000 total cash compensation plus equity
