About the role
- The Senior Healthcare Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate multiple trade contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and hospital staff to address project challenges and maintain alignment with design specifications.
- Anticipate potential project risks or issues and proactively develop solutions to mitigate impact on schedule and budget.
