About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading customer programs and coordinating cross-functional project execution from order request through delivery and project closeout.
This role serves as the primary interface and internal advocate between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on schedules, deliverables, priorities, risks, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage customer programs and projects through planning, execution, delivery, and closeout.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and consistent project execution.
Develop, maintain, and communicate project milestones, action items, and risks.
Monitor project progress and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and customer commitments.
Lead customer meetings, status updates, and internal project reviews.
Track customer and internal deliverables to support successful project execution.
Support long-term customer satisfaction and account growth by identifying opportunities to improve service, collaboration, and overall customer experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
The position plays a key role in driving successful project outcomes while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Coordinate schedule changes, expedited requests, and recovery plans as required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project scheduling, and project tracking tools.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, schedules, deliverables, and escalations.
