Lift, pull, push, bend, and move items to support the hotel and outlets

High school degree or equivalent.
1-2 years spa & recreation experience at a major resort/spa. Hotel experience preferred.
Knowledge of spa, massage and salon services, credentialed requirements & practices.
Continuous Standing as needed
Stock station for daily services, maintaining a clean work area throughout the entire day
Prepare station for guests' arrival
Promptly greet guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
Provide services in an exceptionally timely, safe, thorough and professional manner
Become familiar with guest names and acknowledges them by name
Serves each guest on a one-to-one basis with utmost courtesy
Be well versed with skin care ingredients and make appropriate retail recommendations
Personalize all services and anticipates guest requests whenever possible
