About the role
- We are looking for someone who wants to work on a problem that matters.
- Work on a problem that actually matters - how AI gets adopted inside law firms and legal teams at scale, and what it takes to make that change stick.
- This is not a role for someone who wants to hand off and move on.
Responsibilities
- Map client operations in depth to identify where AI can deliver the highest-leverage outcomes
- Build customized workflows and use cases alongside clients as they expand to new practice groups or teams
- Lead training sessions and check-ins to ensure the product is creating real impact on day-to-day legal operations
- Comfort working without a defined playbook and the judgment to build one from scratch.
- The ability to communicate clearly across audiences - from in-house counsel to managing partners to operations leads.
- Team-building events
- Relocation support to NYC (as needed)
- Category-Defining Work: Help build the first true AI agents for the legal profession.
- We build agents to automate all challenging knowledge work.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a client-facing role in SaaS, legal tech, consulting, or professional services.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to legal operations, legal tech, or professional services.
- JD or legal industry background a plus.
