- Essential Functions & Responsibilities Field Services Supervisor II As a Field Services Supervisor II you will be responsible for providing oversight to field services employees and equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
- Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times Provides supervision of site crew to ensure that work is performed according to consultant and customer specifications; performs each job in the most efficient manner possible Oversees the safety of the crew, ensuring employees are wearing proper safety equipment and following safe work practices Keeps customer informed of job progress; answers any onsite questions and maintains good customer relations Completes daily documentation to track labor, equipment, supplies and materials used for billing purposes and other associated documentation; keeps project manager informed of changes in usage from contract Serves as backup/fill-in for any crew position as needed Supervises emergency response teams as needed Assists project managers to determine job scope, assess project needs and complete customer meetings to discuss project details Partners with project manager on job documentation and developing health and safety plans Supervises long-term projects and may have direct personnel management responsibilities for any direct reports within Field Services Participates in hiring, performance evaluation, promotion and discipline decisions as needed Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization Education - High-school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience 5+ years of hazardous waste field experience (required) Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity Arcwood offers stability you can count on and opportunities to grow.
