Position Overview The Backstage Coordinator serves as the central point of communication and organization behind the scenes at all Bureau Fashion Week events.
This individual will work full-time from our Greenville office while also traveling to every event location to oversee backstage operations, model flow, designer coordination, hair and makeup schedules, and overall event execution.
This role is ideal for someone who loves live events, can think quickly under pressure, enjoys working with people, and excels at keeping organized in high-energy environments.
