About the role

Position Summary for Superintendent The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and management of the golf course and surrounding grounds at Crossing Creeks Country Club.
This includes the course itself, landscaped areas, outdoor amenities including courts and pools, and equipment.
The Superintendent ensures all grounds are maintained to the highest standards of playability, safety, and aesthetics, while also managing budgets, compliance, and staff performance.

for Superintendent Course & Grounds Maintenance Maintain the golf course and surrounding grounds in top playing condition, adhering to budgetary and regulatory guidelines.
Develop work schedules and ensure efficient task completion.
Interdepartmental & Member Relations Collaborate with Golf Professional Staff and Director of Golf to ensure a well-maintained and efficiently operated course.
Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate records for inventory, maintenance, pesticide applications, and weather data.
Communication & Reporting Provide weekly updates to the GM/Owners and maintain prompt daily communication via email and text.
Support ongoing training and leadership development for team leads and assistant staff.
Ability to operate and maintain a wide range of groundskeeping equipment.
