Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will report to mid-level and senior engineers, supporting a wide range of engineering and technical disciplines, including site design, roadway design, utilities, stormwater management, permitting, and construction observation.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass planning, preliminary and conceptual design, development of construction drawings, permitting processes, and preparation of technical engineering reports.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for this position will be a Civil Engineer graduate.
  • Young, Inc. (GFY) has been in continuous operation for over 100 years and remains a Florida-owned company today.
  • Produce plans, specifications, and required deliverables on assigned projects on time and within budget Follow supervisor's lead on procedures, calculations, regulatory requirements, and engineering practice

Nice to have

  • A Florida Engineer in Training License is preferred.
