About the role

  • As a Consultant in Professional Services at Caseware, you will participate in the implementation of Caseware accounting, audit, and assurance solutions, owning delivery from initiation through go-live.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Caseware accounting and assurance solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training and go-live support.
  • Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to escalate issues, contribute to product feedback, and ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Deliver client training and change management activities, enabling user adoption, process transformation, and long-term value realization from Caseware solutions.
  • Support pre-sales and solution scoping activities by contributing to proposals, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and implementation approach definition.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm.
  • Experience providing consultative advice to clients, including understanding business requirements and making recommendations.
  • Prior Caseware experience is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to mentor and contribute to team capability development.

Skills

  • Experience owning delivery outcomes, including scope, quality, risk, and timelines, with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills in a professional services environment.
  • Consultants also contribute to pre-sales activities and the continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies and standards.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary for this position is between $103,000 CAD and $120,000 CAD per year.
  • Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills, relevant experience, market conditions, and primary work location.
