About the role

  • We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to architect, develop, deploy, and scale Machine Learning and Agentic AI solutions that address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy ML models and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Build scalable cloud-based ML applications and data pipelines.
  • Develop and optimize MLOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment frameworks.
  • Lead technical problem-solving and mentor engineering team members.
  • Develop applications using Python, C++, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.
  • This role requires close collaboration with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

Skills

  • Strong experience in Traditional Machine Learning and Agentic AI.
  • Expertise in MLOps, Model Deployment, and Cloud Engineering.
  • Solid background in Software Engineering and System Design.
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Spark/PySpark, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CloudBees.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, distributed systems, and AI lifecycle management.
