About the role
- As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a National Sales Representative role.
- Inside Sales Reps will complete classroom training, a mentorship program, and an in-house continuous education program.
- The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with an open seating floor plan.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage new client relationships
- Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- While supported by Echo, Fastmore runs with its own dedicated leadership team, sales structure, and day‑to‑day operations, offering employees the best of both worlds: the stability of a large logistics company and the energy of a smaller, fast‑paced environment.
- As a Sales Representative, you'll drive new business through phone and email outreach while offering logistics solutions and managing the full sales cycle.
- Operational support
- This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Compensation
- $55,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission
