Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, inventory issues, and delivery delays.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the order management process.
- Manage your own workload and schedule while hitting your set targets.
- Build positive working relationships to achieve positive goals and business objectives.
Requirements
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Associate or Bachelor Degree
- Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
