- 3-5 years of experience leading adoption, enablement, training, commercialization, or change management initiatives at scale.
- Hands-on experience using modern AI tools and generative AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
- Practical knowledge of effective prompting techniques and a clear understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and business applications.
- Ability to teach others and serve as a credible AI advocate through real-world usage and examples.
- Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing adoption metrics to measure impact and progress.
- Ability to identify workflow challenges and improve user experiences through continuous improvement initiatives.
Nice to have
- Prior experience driving AI adoption or scaling technology-enabled initiatives is highly preferred.
