About the role
- The Medical Assistant supports clinical operations by ensuring that every patient encounter is executed with precision, care, and efficiency - bridging the gap between patient experience and clinical quality. he MA owns the quality of pre-visit readiness, encounter flow, documentation accuracy, and post-visit follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Support smooth patient flow and communicate delays or issues quickly.
- We deliver compassionate, evidence-based primary, behavioral, and gender-affirming care for the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.
Requirements
- Proven skill with EHR documentation and maintaining accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Active MA certification or equivalent clinical training required.
- 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient or clinical setting.
- Confidence supporting providers during exams, procedures, and patient interactions.
- Calm under pressure, focused on patient care.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
