- You will work closely with other members of this small enterprise team to bring external market perspectives, develop strategic plans, launch new growth initiatives, drive strategic execution, and report on performance and results.
- You will also partner with business and cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, leverage Broadridge's global platform, develop innovative solutions, and deliver client outcomes and profitable growth.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy roles
- A track record of high performance and increasing responsibility
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- A track record of high performance and increasing responsibility; someone who seeks out the hardest problems and moves fast to solve them
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building financial models and strategic presentations
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience in Financial Services and/or FinTech
- Exposure to strategic planning or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation
- Range: The salary range for this position is between $110,000.00 and $130,000.00 USD.
