About the role
- This isn't a standard FP&A role where you sit behind a spreadsheet and wait for instructions.
- You will be responsible for the integrity of our books, the efficiency of our revenue collection, the automation of our internal financial operations, and more.
- If you need "perfect information" to make progress, or if you think any task is "beneath" your background, this is not the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Own month-end and year-end close, ensuring books are pristine by the 15th of each month.
- Heavily support the Sales team by driving RevOps efforts and integrating systems (e.g., HubSpot to Stripe, Stripe to QuickBooks).
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to drive projects to completion without a playbook.
- As our first dedicated Finance hire on the BizOps team, you will manage our entire financial stack end-to-end.
- The Close: Own month-end and year-end close, ensuring books are pristine by the 15th of each month.
- Operations & RevOps: Heavily support the Sales team by driving RevOps efforts and integrating systems (e.g., HubSpot to Stripe, Stripe to QuickBooks).
Requirements
- You have 2+ years of experience creating processes from scratch and better existing processes in a professional work setting.
- Automation: Experience automating workflows via Zapier or Python script.
- Familiarity With Finance Tech: Proficiency with QuickBooks, Brex or Ramp, Stripe, and CRMs.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.

Skills
- Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Powerpoint skills that can distill complex data into clear narratives.
